Hi. I would be careful about shoveling. Even people without conditions like this get hurt doing that. Is there anyone that could do it for you?I can't tolerate cold water at all but did not know if that was the rsd rather then the pn. For me warm baths do help with the ache/tight feeling though not so much with the temp. For the epsom salt one doc I saw suggested taking a garbage pal. I assume the small kitchen size and soaking for 30 min. It was also suppose to be quiet time to destress. For me I could not lift a pal after so tried it in the bath but I am the odd sole who does not like epsom. Feel better
