Dairy is not a good source of D....
100 IU of D2 in 8oz of milk.
One cannot get enough D to get to minimum of 40ng/ml by diet.
If you do not get sun, you need a supplement.
The D3 I take is about 1/2 the size of my pinky finger nail bed.
It is very small... hard to even hold!
