My mom did not drink milk ever! She had to milk cows as a child and refused to drink milk. She told me she only drank iced tea and Ginger Ale while pregnant with me and my brothers.... her iced tea has always been sweetened with saccharin. I have MS and my brothers do not. Mom has severe osteoporosis...

Came back to add: I drank almost 1/2 gallon of milk a day during both of my pregnancies.
