Pete, Thanks so much for replying because that is similar to what my regular pmDr. said about methadone- that its like a diabetic needing to take insulin. It's also good to hear that you have been on it for that long and it still works. Out of all the narcotics that is the only one that didnt mess with my head and all of them cause constipation. My sister feels if I finally found something that stops the pain why would i stop taking it and with the medical advances I might not have to be on it forever.
