Mari
I am thinking of you. I really wish I had a clue how to help you figure
out how to sleep better at night.
I can totally understand being tired during the day. I've been having
trouble sleeping at night too at times.
But I decided that if I really feel like I need to sleep during the day.
Like today that I would do so. I honestly cancelled a PT appointment
because I felt that sleeping this morning was much more important.
So I ended up sleeping from about 12 last night, till getting up and
getting Derrick off on his bus at 6:30. I then slept on the couch
till 9am. And then my husband got up, and with all 4 dogs on
the couch with me. I told my husband I was going to lay down
till 10am, because I was to leave at that point to go to PT at
11am.
But I couldn't sleep because of being worried, I shouldn't have
worried my husband had planned to make sure I knew it was 10am.
But I came out at 9:45 and told him I was cancelling my PT because
I just didn't feel good, and needed to sleep.
After cancelling I went back to bed till 1pm. WOW, it was really goo.
