Since the IVIG's seem to be working for you (they weren't for me), there is no reason why a good schedule could no be found, the present one or a different.
I agree with all the above comments, listen to your body throughout the month and inform your neuro about your condition, that will enable him to shorten (or lenghten) the time beetween infusions.
