So here's a topic near and dear to my heart- nursing your little one, but staying healthy yourself!

I have found Dr. Hale's website to be incredibly full of priceless knowledge about which medications are safe while lactating. He is also always conducting tests to see whether medications are excreted in breastmilk. I highly reccommend his site to anyone who is nursing, pregnant or thinking about becoming pregnant and on medications for a health condition!
