I had severe dizziness/vertigo for 2 months. For me, it was anytime I was in an upright (sitting or standing) position. Reclined in the LaZ-Boy for months.
What finally helped was physical therapy. Find someone trained in vestibular therapy. You'll likely need your doctor's referral.
