I have this fairly regularly.
I DO have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS).

If you have, take a muscle relaxer,
get some moist heat there.
Or, even menthal Gel. (NEVER BOTH TOGETHER!) It'll burn your skin.

And, SLOWLY, Gently stretch your range of motion.
That is, stretch to slightly beyond where the pain starts, in All directions.
ears to shoulders, turn head each way, chin to chest and look up!
Do this slowly, very slowly.
Then, if you have someone to gently massage the area, get some circulation going.
Then repeat.
Do this several times a day.

A Chiropractor is great for this sort of thing!

I hope you get some relief soon.. But, if you just let it "lock up", it'll get worse.
You've got to keep it moving. Especially if you're certain nothing is broken.

I'm not a doctor, this is why I suggest a chiropractor.
I've been dealing with this since 1983.

Let us know!

Pete
