If the tongue lays to one side or the other it could mean a sign of stroke or Bell's Palsy.

As for me, when I put out my tongue it was one of my first of many signs of MS, in 1980, for me. I had tremors of the tongue. I was suprised to hear this and see it, by the Neuro, I did not notice it myself.

Then I checked it often. Klonopin finally took care of that tremor too.
