I like the "Brain Quake description" besides my "Floor Dropping" term.

Either way its an awful feeling. It's hard to explain to non-MS people who never had this. They must think we are delusional as well.

My DIL gets this and does not have MS, but has ear problems. She had the spin chair treatment and it worked. I do feel so bad for anyone who gets this.
