Have you been examined by a neuro-ophthalmologist? Your vision problems should be looked into by a specialist.

I wear photo-sensitive glasses to help with the bright lights. Also, a wide brimmed hat helps. I have had to deal with bright lights for decades. I always have as hat when outside.
