Hi, welcome Mestinon makes me sicker than anything. I have to take meds to help control the effects of Mestinon, you may want to speak to your doctor about getting something to help with the horrible side effects of Mestinon.
Eating crackers, or toast beforehand can help, for me it did not. 
Mesty is famous for this!
