My son is into playing music - drums and guitar. I played drums when I was in school, and he wants to teach me how to play guitar. He started giving me a few lessons just last week.

I like to write. Nothing serious, really, but just random fiction and a little lame poetry. I contributed a regular column for a small local newspaper for a while, a few years ago, but that wasn't really all that satisfying. I keep saying that some day I'm going to write a book, and I've started a few times, but the farthest along I ever got was about fifty pages.
