The best fibro book (most people call it the "fibro bible") is a book that is written by Devin Starlanyl called -
Fibromyalgia and Chronic Myofascial Pain: A Survival Manual (2nd Edition)

There are a LOT of books out there about fibro, and in my opinion at least 85% of the books are full of junk and false statements and incorrect info about fibro.

Devin Starlanyl's book is the only one I have ever read that is completely accurate and is actually helpful for understanding fibro and learning how treat and manage fibro.
