Hi everybody, hope you are all feeling good. I read Jo's post about her home-made pasta. If I wasn't a diabetic, I'd probably do the same, so I really don't go near pasta and for me, well, it works.

So you might be asking "Why does Melody have a blog on Sprouting?"

Well, over on the sprout message boards someone actually found what I do to be fascinating and thought a blog might help out people who have never heard of sprouting (which is exactly where I was 18 or so months ago).

So I learned how to create a blog (I'm a work in progress). I chose GREEN as the background because SPROUTS ARE GREEN!!!

So, so far, I have two posts up. On the right, you can see the titles. One is Have Fun with sprouting, and the other post is "Tips on rinsing and draining".

Sound boring????
