Bobber, I took a walk yesterday. I take one everyday that it's nice. I got a new pair of Sketcher Shapeups so I am trying to break them in. My right foot is the worst and I am having trouble with it with those shoes. I am hoping I can get them broke in.
I see my Dr. today. I am thinking the Nexium is making me nauseated also. I will make a list of what to talk to him about too. I am neauseated this morning with a headache.

I hope you feel better soon..I always enjoy reading your posts...I am so sorry you are feeling nausea today with a headache too... I hope you find answers today after speaking with your Dr. Perhaps once you go over your meds he will make some adjustments..Who am I to talk..I am still looking at the morphine medicine in my cupboard..too chicken to start it even with the anti-medic meds... I feel bad as I got silly with my last post..my attempt you make you giggle but please, know I did not mean to take away from the seriousness of this subject as I understand it is....My apologies...I trully hope you feel much better really soon...
