Default Yes!

Good for you mate` !
It inspires ME to see you talk like that!

And despite the fact that alot of the gluten/celiac stuff kinda goes over my head, I did make a few changes to my diet (ex: replaced regular wheat bread with gluten-free bread) and really took a serious poke at the supplement program (esp B12-methyl and magnesium) and after awhile did notice it getting easier to control the pain and flares.
And i absolutely can't say enuf about the water excercises!
I hope you have a real nice therapy pool available to you like I go to. It's absolutely awesome! Sometimes it's kinda hard to get motivated to go 'swimming' while we're having this exceptional winter, but I'm always glad I did when I get home!

As you know, nothing seems to happen over nite, but after awhile (in looking back thru my notes) I do see a trend for the better when i make even the most subtle of changes.

I know you know all this, but it sure doesn't hurt to know that there are people supporting you every step of the way.
I'm right there with ya man!
