Sadly I didn't get even one recipe suggestion for tomato sauce, or ketchup, so I ended up making this last lot of tomatoes into jam.
I do think that my husband thinks I'm fibbing. He still can't believe that he's eating tomato jam and not strawberry jam. They taste so much alike!
I now have enough frozen tomatoes, and jars of relish/chutney to last us until our next season's crop will be ready. I daresay I'll have to look around for some different ways to use what's left because there are still several pounds of fruit left on the vines.
I'll probably end up making more jam, but if anyone has other good ideas, I'd be happy to hear them.
