I have been taking the Himalaya brand.
I also forgot to mention. one day I take NAC , and the following day CoQ10 these are both at very low doses. I take them for more like a prevention thing going on in the future.
As far as the turmeric and ginger go, I put the turmecic in soups and the ginger in some salads and carrots juice drinks at small amounts.
