Don't be so hard on yourself. If you can work hard to consintrate (sp) on delay eating , just one day, it will help. You need to replace eating with doing something like cleaning a room or straighting out doors, anything to sadify, just delay eating. Telling your self, you will eat after you do a job.
I don't crave the sweets, but when you want some, eat fruit. Fresh or frozen. It does help! I skipped breakfast today so when I went out to lunch with friends, I could order and not worry about it. I had a ball. I hope Paulie is better. How did the yoga go?
