The Albany Medical Center [New York State] is hosting a free seminar on Parkinson's disease at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, at the Albany Marriott, Wolf Road, Albany. Experts from Albany Med's Parkinson's Presenting will be Dr. Eric Molho, director of the Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center and associate professor of neurology; Dr. Donald Higgins, neurologist and associate professor; and Dr. Anne Barba, neurophsychologist and assistant professor.

Parkinson's disease is a degenerative neurological disorder that causes stiffness, tremors and imbalance. There is no cure, but symptoms can typically be managed with medication and treatment.
