Or you can go to the drugstore, purchase some Epsom Salts and toss some in some hot water, put your feet in (not to hot), and soak for 20 minutes AND ALL THAT LOVELY MAGNESIUM SULFATE WILL BE ABSORBED INTO YOUR BODY.
