My closet contains almost all sleeveless and tank tops! I also live in my Birkenstock sandals. People look at me funny for wearing sandals in the rain, but just think... your feet dry faster indoors, and no wet socks

. I do also have slip on "mule" style Birks, that I can wear when it is actually down to the 30s & 40s outdoors. I discretely slip off my socks and stuff them in my purse if I overheat when back inside, which allows me to try to regulate body temp. OH! My staple is ice-tea or ice-water. It has to have actual ice in it (otherwise it just isn't cold enough). Like many here, ice-packs can often cause pain, so cooling the body from the inside is fast, and doesn't hurt. The family has gotten used to mom changing outfits 3-4 times per day (I stack them and often re-wear for a couple of days, as sometime my temp changes after only 10 minutes, and as long as the clothes are fresh, no sense adding to my laundry load!).
Excellent post! I love to hear other peoples ideas!
