I just fell again while outside. This makes my second fall in two weeks. This one sent me to the ER. I have RSD in my left leg and foot. They said it was a bad bad sprain in my left foot. They want me to imobolize it for 4 days then to gradually start using it. I have had some loss of range of motion but know since I sprained it it seems to have lost almost all. It is stuck in a downward position almost like a ballarina. I have a appointment tommorow with the PM DOCTOR. I just wondering does any body who has RSD in your foot lost range of motion or stuck in the downward position. I dont know how I will walk on it pointing as far down as it is. Any imput will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
