I have been prescribed glasses with prismatic lenses to correct the distortion to my orbit because I see double below the horizontal

,I can see this working if one is boss eyed , but this has been corrected with me If anyone has ever had a migraine they will know that although the vision is effected by the head ache it is not the eyes were the problem lies

TBI head aches are more complex and could have many root causes associated with the injury but for PCS from MTBI, if it works than maybe ? its worth a visit to an ophthalmologist

but like I say It has improved my vision but nothing else , thats not to say it will not help others with less complex injury's
