Apparently in the State of RI the WC company can order whatever they want. Such as send me for an IME with a psychiatrist 70 miles away. My attorney can't do anything about it, but get me a reibursement for the mileage when it's all over.

I wouldn't be so sure. In California, you can go online and look up the labor codes. Here, I believe the rule is you cannot be forced to attend an exam that is farther than 25 minutes driving time on a paved road. Why don't you Google "Rhode Island" and "labor code" together and poke around a bit? Also sent you a PM
