Oh, also forgot. In California at least, you are allowed to have an "observer" accompany you on your exam and even take notes and audio record your visit. Unless it is prohibited, you may want to consider the same. You should take a digital audio recorder and have either a representative from your attorneys office or perhaps a doctor or chiropractor you have seen who obviously has clinical experience to take notes on the exam and issue a report to your attorney. And, you make sure you verbalize when something that the examiner does hurts, otherwise your non-response will be considered non-contributory. Legal here, don't know about there...
