Hello,

I'm going to call the pdoc and ask for something that puts me to sleep.
Over a 6 month period I have averaged 4.5 hrs of sleep a night (not counting about 2 short naps a week).


I need sleep.
Should I make a recommendation to pdoc?

Is anyone here taking Seroquel?
Is anyone taking Zyprexa?
What else?
