Well I am not exactly sure what you mean but my calves get so tight they feel like they have no circulation and like they are stretching and make it hard to propel my leg. My pain doc said its all part of the condition and the treatment aka meds etc will help all the symptoms. I am not sure if this is true or a guess. For me baths help too. No ice though for me.
