I read a post that you put down that you use a cane. Well I also used a cane and crutches for a very bad knee. The day before I went to see the ALJ my lawyer(Allsup) called me and told me to use crutches and tell them I currently use them everyday. If you use a cane there are jobs in the economy you can do. You can carry items with a cane whereas if yo are on crutches you can't carry things. If you do not have an attorney I would get 1. Also make sure all of your doctors are behind you 100%.
