I have attained Allsup to represent me for my appeal. I just fell and tore my tendons in the foot that I am appling because of, so now I have a pretty pink cast. I'm also getting ready to schedule more surgery on my SCS in about three weeks when the cast comes off. Can this new evidence be used for the appeal?
