I wonder at how healing sleep is....

I wonder if any of you have read the book called "The Four Agreements".... I'm working on it right now and am amazed at how true it is that if we can make these 4 simple changes and/or continue to live with it as our mantra, we would be a much healthier society....

I wonder if the rain will hold up so that my grandaughter, d-in law and myself can go downtown Vancouver to join in the second last day of the Olympic Festivities... we are one proud Country!
