Voice / neck issues don't happen that often for me, but when they do:
- my voice gets really deep
- my words sometimes get 'stuck' - my hubby says I 'sputter'
- I have to take a deep breath, slow down, and concentrate harder ....cause it's an EFFORT to spit the words out. My throat gets tight and I feel like I have to work hard to push the words out!!

Like I said, I hate it when this happens - - but a really good sleep helps tremendously!
