Thanks for posting this site. Everyone should read it. A while ago someone actually said that to me-But you dont look sick- i was kind of stumped-glad that i didnt look as bad as i felt but bad that i looked like i should be doing more. That really stressed me out. Thanks for posting the site. I made copies of The Spoon Theory to give to friends and family to help them better understand chronic pain and how each day can vary.
