Glad to hear you have things looking up.
The Vit D is not surprising to me either. It takes about six months for your body to catch up with the Vit D3 supplements. I take 5000 IU's daily. Magnesium is also important if I have not already mentioned it.
Glad to see your neuro agrees with the nutrition therapy. It will take a few months to see the real benefit. It will only take a few days of missing you vitamin supplement regimen for you to see a recurrence of symptoms. My wife can tell when I am off my vitamins. Now, she helps make sure I stay on the wagon.
You would do well to add to your journal information about your monthly cycle. Your hormones as they cycle may make you feel better then worse.
I am trying to get a expert women's hormone doctor to look into PCS and hormone in women. Haven't heard back yet. It appears that women have a rougher time of ups and downs with PCS.
Let us know how you are doing.
My best to you.
