I put in 15 minutes on the elliptical this morning. I went fast and a high level too, maybe too high! My legs got tired at work today!

My pulse was up to 155 (which is high for me.)
Tomorrow is my day off so I'll try to get my 40 minutes of Pilates in. That will give my legs a day off too. No standing at work or elliptical for the day.

It's amazingly hard to stand all day long sometimes but not as hard as I thought it would be.
