From your diet, drop:
1. Anything which tastes sweet, including fruit and sweeteners.
2. Gluten (wheat, rye, barley and oats)
3. Milk.
Eat all the cheese and plain yogurt you want. That should fix it.
Well okay, then just try it for two weeks. It should be easy.
Upside? It will probably cure you.
Downside? Besides initial cravings, there is no downside.
