Miralax works! fiber tablets help. Flax seed on your oatmeal helps. water, water, water!
I find if its really bad, I start on Miralax. this helps me get things started. i stay on that for two days. Then I switch to benefiber tablets, and the occasional Phillips milk of magnesia tablet at night. I find that miralax gives me a tummy ache, so I prefer to not stay on it, but it does work!
If you can do any exercise, that too will help. Walking is just fine. It helps get the peristalsis moving in the tummy. If you cant, then dont worry about it.
