Default I can't guess what you mite or mite not need?

But I do know that most good docs would advise some sort of estrogen unless you are in total chemo induced menopause [due to cancers] or age related menopause.
Why? Because estrogen can be a positive and a negative force for your well-being in the long term. Estrogen helps keep bone health and lots of other things keep on running smooth. It also is something that cancers just love to latch onto-then, it's not good.
I would ask your docs ALL OF THEM! About this. And search up why you had the hysterectomy and then what mite seem to be the most 'common' course of treatments under such circumstances.
I did do a 'quick' web up of 'Hysterectomy Support Groups' and there seem to be a lot of them 'out there'. But, I can't and won't address the quality of any one site over another. I think you will be able to assess which might be a quality site for that particular issue.
Backing up a bit? The whole menopause seeming thing? Has your THYROID been checked? I'll bet it's been working overtime since your surgery and it could be having problems that can be eased a bit with some medications.
Having gone thru menopause myself, then having my thyroid shut down? The menopause was far easier than the thyroid problems! But, I can't change the meno issue, I CAN address the thyroid one. With a good doc and a lot of meds fine tuning you'd be surprised how much better you can FEEL in that quarter! IT can take about 3-6 months tho, but improvement, IF the thyroid is the problem, can and will happen!
's and hope. Please let us know how it all tests out! - j
