Hmmmm.. I don't get upset from either.

How many do you take a day of the Curcugel? Start at one a day only if you take more than one.
Take with food too.

Some curcumin stays in the GI tract, and it will help with any inflammation or infections there. It has been recommended for people with Crohn's for example. The NON enhanced type would almost all remain in the bowel. The one you have, Kitty, is somewhat absorbed, but some still remains behind.

Are you using the liquigels for your D? Mine are so tiny!
Large liquigels, like the doctors give for D2, the 50,000 IU one have a small amount of sorbitol in the them possibly..most liquigels do. My Aleve do for example. But that amount of sorbitol is very tiny and not likely to be laxative. Large amounts of sorbitol are used as a laxative...but that would be in the double digit gram realm.
