Long time no chat *smiles*. I totally understand the headaches. My neurologist tried several different meds to help but most had some negative side effects or didn't work. He decided to try me on amitriptyline 20 mg at night before bed. It is really a depression med that he told me was found to help with TBI headaches.

I've been taking it several months now. No my headaches are not GONE I still have headaches 24/7 BUT they are manageable now.

If you have not tried this you might ask your doctors about it. It is an older medicine and is not near is expensive as the newer meds I tried.
