Probably TMI, but for years I was '' constipated'' and all of a sudden, it's gone. I started eating yogurt and I think that helped.

A note on your dairy question. My dear Mother became lactose intolerant in her 60's. So, guess it can happen at any age. Hope you get some relief, but I do understand.
