Hi tbrown,

The only issue that would be of concern is if there were any evidence of infection associated with the dental implants and/or any other areas of your mouth. Since oral infections can go many months without obvious symptoms, it would be a good idea to have a thorough dental check up with xrays and a cleaning before you become pregnant. This way you can be reassured that your dental health is ok! Also dental cleanings during pregnancy are definitely recommended to help keep down the build up of plaque which will reduce inflammation around the gumline.
