3- 4 hrs a day for the work outs?
What kind of work outs are you doing?
To me it sounds like too much unless you are training for something.
if it is a relaxing pace of treadmill, swimming,, stretches and some light weights that is one thing,, but if you are doing heavy duty weights/workout it just might be overkill for what you are aiming for...
I would work toward -
General whole body fluidity, posture, stability, core, and some weights as comfortable for you.
