I do not have blurry vision but my eyes feel very gritty and sore. I was told I had dry eye about 2 years ago when I had my eyes tested but the gritty and stinging feeling has only been for the last couple of months. I asked my doctor if this was my SFPN and he said it is. I am now taking B12.
