I forgot the name but I think it maybe sunshine burger.
Funny story about tongue by gramps eats that and always tries to get me to try it. No way for me. He is like how do you know you don't like it. Trust me I know. Gives me nausea to think about it.
Well, after reading what you wrote, I'm not about to go and look into QUORN any time soon. I do however like the Gardein products. Especially their Chik n Scallopini. I figure, once a week eating this can't hurt. I try and balance out what I put in my body. Protein no larger than the palm of my hand, and the rest on the place is greens and maybe, some quinoa. But quinoa HAS A LOT OF CALORIES, and I am struggling to lose the last 30 lbs that have remained in my body for 10 years.

No matter what I do, I can't lose it. I look perfectly fine, but I don't weigh PERFECTLY fine. My doctor and the people at Cornell told me "You are 62 years old, you eat just fine, but you have to increase the exercise?" So I walk. But how come my friend's 67 year old husband who is 6 feet 2, and is as thin as can be and can eat ANYTHING he wants, AND HE WALKS EVERYPLACE TOO. But if he doesn't eat all day HE LOSES 5 LBS.

I know, I know, It's the METABOLISM. But how come He has one and I don't?

lol
