I am sorry to hear you have had such a bad experience with your claim process

however, for you to make such a negative statement to another member here is really not in keeping with this forum's mission for support. We have MANY members here who have won first time round, and many who have won on appeal.

It really is not very helpful for you to cast the negative feelings you have about your own experience into every reply you make to others on this forum. Quoting statistics or giving your opinion ie "it is my opinion you will likely lose" is very different from "you're going to lose anyway"
