Welcome to NT
So sorry you're in so much pain and distress. It isn't easy, I know.
I don't have CRPS/RSD but I know a few who do. It's very disabling.
I have TOS, scalene and pec involvement, herniated and bulging discs and some related diagnoses.
over the past 10 years I've tried lots of things. I have used a TheraCane for muscle spasms

http://www.amazon.com/dp/0761128689/...l_48aamwedzp_b for muscle spasms and trigger points.
I swear by LED and infrared light pads. They have helped me tremendously. I can sell those if you're interested. Here's my upline to read about them.

I also found a nautropathic healer who had lots of different methods for treatments. massages, oils, soaks, etc.
I found yoga to be more appropriate for my painful conditions, and was struggling in the beginners class. I don't do yoga right now because we don't have class here. I use some of the techniques I learned, though. Relaxation and breathing techniques helps. I found these to be most helpful. (see attachment) .
My therapist/friend got me a twist board for Xmas. It's low impact and I love it. I can button pants I haven't been able to button in years.

I have also placed a long dressing mirror at the side of my workstation. This is a "posture police" and you would be surprised how many times you'll catch yourself slumpted over or head forward.
and another thing that's just good for everything... INHALE WATER. Drink as much as you can.
I hope you find some relief.
We're here for you.
