Hi,
I've been doing Weight Watchers on-line off and on.
Today I slept all day and just got up.
Here is my "breakfast"
1. a few nuts (ground so as to not mess up the braces)
2. one huge bowl of lettuce (one bag)
3 a little bit of salad dressing
4. left over turkey soup with mostly broth
